Spaghetti Carbonara
Well i have to apologise first because for some reason my spaghetti was broken. My family loved this dish. This is quite a simple dish and can cook this in 20 min.
Ingredients:
Instant Spaghetti
Parmesan cheese
3 whole eggs and 1 egg yolk.

MUTTON FRY
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kilo boneless mutton
1 tbs garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tbs redchillipowder
1 tsp daniya powder
salt to taste
meat tenderiser(optional)
1 onion
1 tomato
2 greenchillies
1/2 lemon
curryleaves
oil
red food colour(optional)
Method: marinate the meat with all the powder and ginger garlicpaste with the meat tenderiser for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour and add 1 spoon oil in a pressure cooker and put the meat in the pressure cooker and cook it for atleast 5 to 6 whistle.
Chop the onions,tomato,greenchilli, take a shallow pan and add some oil , throw some curry leaves and cook onion till golden brown, add tomato and green chill, cook for 5 min.
Drain water from the meat. add the meat to the shallow pan and keep cooking till it become dry.Add salt to taste, add food clolour to enhance the colour of the dish it is optional.
Serve it with lemon.

AMBUR CHICKEN BRIYANI WITH ONION RAITA
This is the best combination that has no comparison. Hot spicy briyani will make you feel like you are in heaven,with its magical smell you will forget everything around you for that moment. when i was in my schooldays i used to wait for sundays, because my mother used to cook chicken briyani with raita. Every sunday my father goes to the market and get the fresh chicken and we normally have a very late lunch around 3 pm, sometimes i get so upset with my mom for not making lunch on time,those were wonderful days in my life.
We are basically from Ambur this place is very famous for its briyani in Tamilnadu, we have some very good muslim friends who taught me their way of making the best mouthwatering Ambur briyani.
Now both my families love this dish and to be honest i love my muslim friends briyani more than the one i cook.They also serve this briyani with chicken 65 and chicken curry or chicken 65 with brinjal masala. I will share the recipe for the brinjal masala with you all soon in my blog.

Mothers day chocolate cake
Hi Friends,
This is my first blog. My hobbies are cooking and now i am venturing into baking. I wish this site will have a mix of different cuisine.
