INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kilo boneless mutton
1 tbs garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tbs redchillipowder
1 tsp daniya powder
salt to taste
meat tenderiser(optional)
1 onion
1 tomato
2 greenchillies
1/2 lemon
curryleaves
oil
red food colour(optional)
Method: marinate the meat with all the powder and ginger garlicpaste with the meat tenderiser for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour and add 1 spoon oil in a pressure cooker and put the meat in the pressure cooker and cook it for atleast 5 to 6 whistle.
Chop the onions,tomato,greenchilli, take a shallow pan and add some oil , throw some curry leaves and cook onion till golden brown, add tomato and green chill, cook for 5 min.
Drain water from the meat. add the meat to the shallow pan and keep cooking till it become dry.Add salt to taste, add food clolour to enhance the colour of the dish it is optional.
Serve it with lemon.

i swear i will try making it but can i replace mutton with chicken???
Yes, you can try this method with chicken,beef,pork meat.
