FALOODA AMBUR STYLE
Ingrediants:
semolina(semiya thin fried version cook it in water and drain the water)
rose syrub or roohafza
agar agar with pink food colour
mangoes and pineapple chunks chopped
fresh cream
Vanilla ice cream
Vanilla ice cream
basil seeds soaked in water and drained.
Method:
AGAR AGAR:
just take few sticks of agar agar dissolve it in water and bring the water to boil add condensed milk or sugar to taste and turn off the heat. Add pink colour food colour or green colour food colour.
Pour the content onto a plate and let them cool and cut it into small cubes.
agar agar is ready.
Semolina:
Get the thinner fried version of semolina and cook it in warm water. drain the water.
FALOODA:
now just we need to do arrangement. place the agar agar tothe first layer of a tall glass.
next is the rose syrub.
Add the layer of fruits and basil seeds.Next add the fresh cream, layer it with more fruits and one scoop of icecream. put a spoon of basil seed on the side . decorate with strawberry and mint leaf.
ready to serve.
MUSHROOM AND CHEESE SNACK
Ingrediants:
7 button mushrooms chopped
cheddar and mozerella cheese shredded
salt
pepper
1/2 medium onion chopped
1 green chilli chopped
2 roti
olive oil 2 tsp
Method:
1.Heat the olive oil on a nonstick pan
2.Add in the onions saute till translucent. Then add the green chillies and the mushroons . Add salt to taste and little pepper.
3. Saute the mushrooms for 3 min on medium heat and cook in low fire for 3 min.
4. Place the tawa and keep a roti partially cooked on both sides and layer the top side with cheese and then place the mushroom mix on top of the cheese . place another roti on top of it and cook it on low medium flame for 1 to 2 min on each side and make sure the cheese is melted.
then cut the rotis into 4 equal halves. serve with mayo.
